Founded by Lisa de Winter, our practice is built around a unique blend of calm, sensitivity and understanding with a proven ability to focus on the end goal.
The end goal, is achieving better outcomes and agreements for our clients, families and our community as a whole.
Lisa de Winter is a qualified lawyer, accredited mediator and registered family dispute practitioner. Lisa has post-graduate training in FDR property, financial matters and elder mediation.
She brings a background in law, community involvement and business knowledge to the mediation table as well as a deep understanding of family issues.
In addition to her extensive experience, Lisa’s calm, incisive approach to the mediation process invites the trust and acceptance of all involved.

Facilitated discussions will take place in our spacious, comfortable and COVID compliant board room spaces in Carlton.
We have a number of other meeting room options available depending on your location.
We offer mediation by phone as well as online.

- Registration with the Attorney General’s Department as a FDRP
- Advanced Training in Property and Financial Matters in Family Dispute Resolution
- Bachelor of Laws; Bachelor of Arts.
